Tai Chi improves flexibility, balance and agility. You’ll enjoy increased energy and stamina, while also improving muscle strength and definition. Plus, many participants decrease anxiety and depression while increasing mental focus. Suggested donation: $3 / class or $20 / month.
Walk and Talk is a weekly devotion that incorporates the healthy habits of physical movement and spiritual enrichment. Beginning in September, this individually-based and group-supported program is for everyone!
