Do you ever wonder why we have so many Christian denominations and if there is really
much difference between them? The answers to these questions have a foundation in the
dramatic and turbulent times of the 16th century Reformation. You are invited to join Pastor
Linstrom for “Reformation Roots,” a 12-session series that brings to life the stories and
struggles that still impact us today.
With 25-minute DVD sessions featuring prominent Reformation scholars, Pastor Linstrom
will take participants on a journey that focuses on Luther’s legacy, and that concludes with
four sessions on the Swiss, Radical, English and Catholic Reformation movements.
We will gather at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays in Centennial Hall beginning on Wednesday, September 15. The first
three sessions will be offered in September, focusing on the emerging ministry of the great reformer Martin Luther:
• September 15 – From Night to Dawn
• September 22 – From Bondage to Freedom
• September 29 – From Scholar to Provocateur
Join us on Wednesday mornings in the fall of 2021 for a weekly forum on our Reformation heritage!
