Grace Groups are Trinity’s Bible Studies that take place during Lent. These small groups meet for weekly study and conversation between Ash Wednesday on March 2nd and Holy Week which begins on April 10. Grace Groups are especially appealing for individuals who are unable to make a commitment to long term Bible Studies. The small groups are led by volunteers and are scheduled on a variety of days of the week and at various times.
In 2022, each Grace Group will use a lectionary-based study published by the ELCA entitled Daily Discipleship. The free study can be emailed to participants or printed copies can be picked up in the office at Trinity. All adult Trinity members are encouraged to join a small group, meeting in person at Trinity or via Zoom.
Follow this link to sign up: Lenten Grace Groups 2022 If you are unable to join a Grace Group, you also have the option of studying on your own. The study in its entirety can be found here. To assist with your studies, a recording of Pastor Dan’s Grace Group is posted each Wednesday evening. Search YouTube for Trinity Lutheran Church Grand Rapids. If you have questions, please contact the church office at 616.949.2510.
