Trinity fitness classes are here for you.
Many options are available Monday – Thursday Mornings.
All ability levels welcome. Classes are 30 – 60 minutes each.

Functional Movement offers a variety of ways to strengthen our muscles using weights,
resistance bands and TRX. Able to be done standing or sitting.
Somatic Yoga is a form of yoga done totally while lying down using the floor for support.
Doing micro-movements helps “neuro-muscular re-education” of muscles that may have
been traumatized, misused or underused.
Tai Chi especially helps balance by strengthening core muscles of the back and abdomen.
This class can also be modified for sitting.
Suggested donation is $3/class or $20/month.
